I agree with all the reviews

I agree with all the reviews, this is a fraudulent company! I returned my items and still 1 month later have not received the refund after many, many, many hours on the phone and online sending many information to them of bank statements for evidence and also they sent me refund forms which I filled in but never received anything. Also the customer service set up is useless! I had to show evidence of my bank statements but they have no email address to send it to, so when I send to WhatsApp, they don't respond for over 24 hours and it's a new person each time!!! Beyond frustrating!!! I sent evidence many times to WhatsApp number and received many case numbers but still no refund!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY especially if you think you will have to return anything!

I tried to order a pair of runners...

I tried to order a pair of runners online and spent 30 minutes trying to enter my address, which the site refused to acknowledged. They have it set up where you choose your address based on how you type it in but here's the thing: the site will not accept an apartment number, only the house address. There is nowhere for you to enter an apartment number, and no place to add a message with instructions. I mean seriously, most people living in the city live in an apartment so where is the logic in this? I wanted to write an email to give this feedback, but I had to go hunting for their contact information and when I found it, there was a phone number, but for email it said "click here". Guess where that took me? Nowhere. I just tried to call and was told I would be on hold for 30 minutes. I've never had so much trouble trying to purchase a product before. So just so you know, Reebok only allows online deliveries to people that live in houses, and they don't have an email address. Don't waste your time.

One star is too many. Fraudulent company. I had a order cancelled and no refund provided. Please shop elsewhere.

A company that makes it nearly impossible for you to make a purchase

Defective shoes shipped

Bought FLUXLITE MEN'S TRAINING SHOES from reebok.com. They were on clearance and no returns. But I still expected wearable quality, wouldn't you?
However, shoes came with a left shoe having an inside joint so ruff that it catches my toe during walks and tears the sock. The other shoe does not have same issue.
So they go to the garbage and money is wasted.

Defective right from the box

Poor quality

I spent over $150 on some Reebok shoes. After wearing them for 45 days the glue has seperated from the "zig" part on the sole. I contacted Reebok customer care and they will only issue a $40 dollar credit (to use on their products) This is unacceptable and a punch in the face. I used to only buy reebok but their quality and customer care has gone so far down I will switch brands.

reebock ignore customers…

bought a pair of reebok trainers after wearing them 9 or 10 times noticed on one shoe the laces were tearing through the lace holes on one side. poor manufacture. tried to contact reebok who dont respond to emails still no replacement or refund they just ignore you. they hate you to write to there head office its only snail mail. but legally they have to respond and they hate it. there address. reebok international ltd, 4th floor, 11-12 pall mall, london, sw1y 5lu. they really dont want people to do this as they cant ignore you as is there usual response.

I have been chasing my refund for over…

I have been chasing my refund for over 8 months now. All proof of purchase and return has been presented. Reebok has the worst customer service.

Terrible logistics to return anything

The reason why Reebok shoes look like they were made for people in nursing homes is because their technology to do anything as a company is also ancient. If you return anything, they send you return labels to use that just end up sending your shoes right back to you. Then once you're finally able ship them back after calling customer service three times, they literally do not process money back to you for three weeks after shipping. I eventually had to file a dispute through PayPal because Reebok couldn't get a simple return right. It's insane. I've done business with companies before that have 25,000 less employees with absolutely flawless return processes. This is why Reebok is rated so low with customer service. Not to mention their shoe quality is horrific.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Reebok?

A:

Near impossible. I emailed customer service multiple times asking for an update after waiting over a month for my product to even be marked as shipped, all of which were never responded to. They ended up cancelling my order of which they didn't even notify me. I had to log on to check my order status to see that they had just cancelled it.
